it was good in term of passenger concern but there is no enhancement practices to ensure public user interest to use this terminal. i suggest the developer should provide internal and external services such escalators and shuffle bus in the movement passengers to terminal because it was quite huge to walk across 50 hectar. as what i knew this terminal is only levarage on facilty and quite comfortable but not the accessibilty to users. hope so the operators will improve the terminal.

Currently the ongoing project South Integrated Terminal, must be able to foresee this future requirements. It could be better if there is a bridge interconnected between the new terminals and both side of MRR2 for pedestrian.
KL is still long way to match Tokyo mesh of railways and public transport.
